    Initialize Shadowbroker with local OpenSky cadence support · edbbddd7

    This repository is being reseeded into a local GitLab remote without preserving the upstream history. The snapshot keeps the current working tree and includes the local OpenSky polling cadence configuration needed for operator-controlled quota usage.

Constraint: Local GitLab rejected the inherited history because required Git LFS objects were unavailable

Rejected: Preserve upstream history | missing LFS objects blocked pushing to the new remote

Not-tested: Full pytest suite unavailable in local environment because python-dotenv is missing and system Python is 3.9 while backend requires >=3.10
